Plot : Sometimes, the scariest dreams of a person come true and the reality turns into a plot of blood and horror. Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead brings alive a horrible creature in the lives of some people. The picture starts with four youngsters, trying their hands at adventure sports in the Bluefish River area. Soon, their vicinity is invaded by a being, with the name of Three Finger. Though, it resembles a human being, but his nature of a bloodhound and scary persona, make him more of an animal. He kills the three of the young souls, but a girl named Alex, succeeds in running away from his clutches. While all this is happening, a vehicle full of dodgy outlaws is making its way to a certain location. The vehicle has three security men. On their way, they come to know about the young lads, who have gone missing in the forest. The men try to locate the missing youngsters, but on their way, they clash with Three Finger, who is driving a truck. The security vehicle goes off-road and many suffer injuries. The hideous Three Finger unleashes his fury and a bloodbath kicks off. As the story moves ahead, Alex meets the survivors and tells the horror she has witnessed.
