Plot : Van Wilder is a romantic comedy, directed by Walt Becker. The storyline of this movie focuses on an extremely popular, extrovert and friendly student, Van Wilder (Ryan Reynolds) who’s studying in Coolidge College. Since seven years, he’s helping other students, organizing parties, posing for drawing classes and even doing fundraising for charity work. But when it comes to studying and completing graduation, he bothers least about this aspect. After discovering that Van seems to be graduated in no way this year also, Van’s father decides to not to pay for his classes and expenses. Gwen Pearson (Tara Reid) comes to college to write an article on Van’s lifestyle. This article garners immense popularity and after that she is asked to write a follow up for this. But this thing of delight gets converted up into a thing of displeasure, when Gwen realizes that instead of having an official interview, Van desires to have a romantic meeting with her.
