Plot : The Family That Preys, directed by Tyler Perry, tells the story of two best friends Charlotte Cartwright (Kathy Bates) a rich business woman, and Alice Pratt (Alfre Woodard) a working class lady, whose children stray from the path of righteousness. Alice’s elder daughter Andrea (Sanaa Lathan) married to Chris (Rockmond Dunbar) cheats on her husband with her boss William who happens to be the son of Charlotte. William besides cheating on his wife Jillian (KaDee Strickland) also plans of taking over his mother’s construction firm. Meanwhile Alice’s other daughter, Pam (Taraji P. Henson), and her husband, Ben (Perry) decide to help Alice and Charlotte in saving the families and bringing back their loved ones on the right path.
