Plot : “Turning Green” is a foreign rib-tickling drama directed by John Hofmann and Michael Aimette. The movie reflects the story of a 16-year-old teenager James Powers in 1970s Ireland. This American finds himself in an entirely miserable situation, when after the demise of his mother, his father sends him to the home of his three Irish aunts. He feels very lonely and down in the dumps and yearns for some way, to move back to his country. But one day, his life takes a U turn as he finds a pornographic video and decides to sell it to earn some hard cash, as he desperately needs money to back. He manages to make profit from that video by selling it in Ireland and also becomes very successful in that field. Turning Green video lays down that he achieve success in finding a possible way to his home but then he find difficult to decide, that what actually he is his home place. At last, he discovers that what one considers being the most comforting place in the world that actually depends on one’s own priorities and true state of mind.
