Plot : Director Leigh Scott weaves a wonderful tale of intricate imagery and fantasy in The Witches of Oz. It follows the story of a writer, who plunges headlong into action, as fantasy and reality blend with each other. The easy-going author’s world turns upside down when the words penned down by her begin to take mortal forms. Dorothy moves to New York from Kansas, where she is startled by the fact that her stories are real. She discovers that the world of her stories that she considered to be a make-believe one, is real. Characters from her stories stumble out into open as Dorothy encounters the fact that she, herself, was the witness of her stories as a child. Repressed memories from childhood begin to take center stage, as Dorothy comes to term with the fact that the Oz wonders do exist and are very real. She faces the perils of encountering her past, yet again. The Witches of Oz is a completely fictional, miraculous movie.
