Plot : “The Red Baron” is a breath-taking adventurous tale directed by Niki Müllerschön. The story of this heart-stooping tale revolves around Baron von Richthofen (Schweighöfer), who is a kind of sporty freak and loves to face technical challenges. He decides to join the Imperial German Air Service as a fighter pilot. Soon, he and his companions confront an enemy plane led by Captain Lanoe Hawker. Richthofen gets success in that battle with Canadian pilot and after the end of war, brings out the pilot from his plane for treatment. Nurse Käte Otersdorf (Lena Headey) helps von in healing the wounds of pilot’s injured leg. Then they both start falling in love with each other. Soon Richthofen becomes the most celebrated pilot of air force. Then after, he gets to know that he is being used and manipulated by the Generals for their own selfish motives. Then he realizes that he is now struck between his responsibilities and his repulsion for war. In the end, he decides to fly for his fighter wing.
