Plot : It is a comedy movie, directed by Steve Conrad. It is a story of Doug Stauber, who is settled down in his married life and desires to purchase his dream home. He is an assistant manager at a Chicago supermarket. He gets prepared to accept his promotion, when his bosses notify him that he is going to manage the new store. But, suddenly his competitor, Richard Wehlner comes into view. Richard also wants to become the manager and his resume seems to much better than Doug. After several attempts to eliminate each other as rivals, both of them are called by the board of directors for a last interview in conference hall. Richard's expects get smashed when he gets to know that a drug test is necessary to complete the interview process, as he has lately fumed marijuana. At the end of interview, Doug lands the job. Finally, Richard returns to Canada with his family and joins his old grocery store, where he becomes the store manager after solitary handedly preventing an accidental fire.
