Plot : The Private lives of Pippa Lee is a drama directed by Rebbeca Miller. The movie is all about life of a girl pippa, who is urged on mad by her preacher father and mentally disordered mother. To get rid of this unpleasant atmosphere she leaves her rural home and moves to her father’s sister and starts living with her. She gets an alarming shock when she comes to know that her aunt is a lesbian and indulged in relationship with her friend Kit. Pippa also enters to the world of drugs and wild sex under Kit’s influence. Then her life takes a turn and she is brought out of that disastrous ditch by charismatic publisher, Herb Lee, who is 30 years senior than her. They both marry and live a contented life with their two kids. But again a cloud of problems blasts on Pippa when she has to sale her apartment in Manhattan and has to move to retirement community in New York to arrange money for her husband’s treatment who is a heart patient. There Pippa finds herself restless and alone until she gets an unexpected lover, her neighbor’s son. Her devotion to her husband is tested when she discovers his affair with a young and attractive woman.
