Plot : Pitka (Mike Myers) is an American who has been bought up in an Ashram in India and has now returned to USA to establish himself as a self-help guru, to earn fame and fortune for himself. Pitka is then approached by Jane Bullard (Jessica Alba) from Toronto Maple Leafs, who wants him to counsel their star hockey player, Darren Roanoke (Romany Malco). Darren’s career has been skidding down since his wife Prudence (Meagan Good) left him for Jacques Grande (Justin Timberlake), the star player of the rival team. The Love Guru is also requested to confront Darren’s dominating mother, Lillian (Telma Hopkins). Pitka decides to take on this first challenge, which gives rise to numerous funny situations.
