Plot : The Education of Charlie Banks is a drama directed by Fred Durst. Charlie Banks (Jesse Eisenberg) and his best friend, Danny (Chris Marquette) study at a prestigious private university. The unexpected visit of Charlie’s neighborhood bully, Mick (Jason Ritter), revives his childhood fears. Mick had once nearly thrashed two teenagers to death, with Charlie being the only witness. Charlie was haunted by his fear of Mick for many years and now his return has bought along a silent threat. Meanwhile, Mick tries to adjust in his new world of intellect and wealth and is even successful at creating a rift in the friendship between Charlie and his dream girl. As Mick’s involvement in Charlie’s world grows with each passing day, tensions soar high and the truth threatens to reveal itself.
