Plot : Oliver is faced with several perplexities at the same time, but instead of turning back on them, he scribbles on his mind the duties he needs to carry out. His actions may let the entire scene appear delusional; but, he is too concerned for his parent’s dying marriage to stop and consider about appearing delusional. He believes his mother’s previous lover Graham Purvis – a spiritual guru – is still after her, and is going to take her away. He decides to get his marine biologist father Lloyd, out of depression. And at the same time, he vows to lose his virginity before his next birthday, to Jordana. But, he faces trouble with Jordana’s mother’s brain tumor posing constant hindrance! Welcome to the world of Submarine, which revolves around 15-year-old Oliver, and his life that resembles that of a thoroughly confused guy. Watch Submarine online to know if Oliver misjudged the scenarios, or, if people around him really have a problem. If he has wrongly constructed the events, he is in deep trouble. The comic moments of this film have a story to tell, and they are so effortlessly drawn that watching them is hardly an exercise. Oliver’s thought process is so much like ours! Looking at him, doesn’t give rise to a feeling that we can’t slip into delusions like that. It’s a coming-of-age comic drama; it provides relief with seeing someone who could be so different, yet so insanely similar.
