Plot : The new exciting film Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace is a prequel of the Star Wars trilogy. It will showcase the happenings of the Galactic Republic in the period of its downfall. At this time Obi-Wan Kenobi is young Jedi, a novice under the guidance of Qui-Gon Jinn and Anakin Skywalker who later becomes Darth Vader is only nine. The evil Trade Federation is penalizing the republic by barricading the routes to Planet Naboo and due to this Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan are on their way to visit the Federation Viceroy to confer. On their way they are being targeted by Darth Sidious who plans to raid Naboo but both the Jedis escape where Qui-Gon rescues Gungan exiled Jar Jar Binks from being killed. Grateful Jar Jar takes the Jedis to his city and convinces his people to help the residents of Naboo. In the meantime, Queen Amidala who was captivated by Federation escapes with the Jedis to Naboo but on their way they are forced to land in Tatooine due to the starship failure, where they meet Anakin who is slaved but is intelligent and a pilot and engineer. Qui-Gon is immediately impressed by the boy and he believes he could lead forces of Jedis. Soon he tries to convince authorities of liberating him so that he can train him. Anakin manages to join Jedis but they are assailed by Darth Maul in an attempt to captivate the Queen. Escaping that, they reach Coruscant to plead to Chancellor Valorum for Anakin’s training. But Naboo is in another problem as Padmé, claims to be the real queen putting Amidala’s identity in question.
