Plot : Robert Blecker Wants Me Dead is a film about the unusual bonding between an advocate of the capital punishment and an inmate about to go to the gallows. The film traces the friendship between Robert Blecker, a New York Law School professor and one of the most outspoken and impassionate crusader of the capital punishment and Daryl Holton, an atrocious murderer who shot his four children in 1997 and received four separate death sentences for the same. The two people met in 2005 when Blecker was on a research trip to the Riverbend prison. The two men from varying backgrounds spend a lot of time discussing issues like mercy, courage, justice and the morality of death penalty.
