Plot : Rupert Wyatt’s sci-fi movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes, takes into account a genetic experiment on apes, turning out to be a disaster. The movie opens with a San Francisco-based scientist, trying to find a cure for Alzheimer's disease, by carrying tests on an ape named Caesar. All of a sudden, the ape starts to incur genetic changes, and from, starts a battle for the survival of the most intelligent being. The movie focuses on the revolt by the mutated ape, who tries to rule over humans. In addition to some breath-taking action sequences, the sci-fi flick scores heavily on the use of special effects.
