Plot : Perrier’s Bounty is a crime-thriller-comedy, which revolves around Michael McCray (Cillian Murphy), who is a citizen of Dublin, Ireland. Michael owes a huge amount of money (€1,000) to a gang leader named Darren Perrier (Brendan Gleeson). If he doesn’t return the money back by the given deadline, he will have more than just his limbs broken. In a situation of desperation, he takes financial help from "The Mutt" (Liam Cunningham), who is a popular criminal. Things get even more convoluted when his long-alienated father (Jim Broadbent) and the girl on whom he has a secret crush also get involved in the matter. Bren ends up killing a gang member, making Perrier abandon the owed money and replacing it with a bounty of €10,000 on Michael and Bren, instead. The movie follows the three, as they seek rescue and flee to protect their lives. The movie was premiered in 2009 at the Toronto International Film Festival.
