Plot : Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist is a musical romantic comedy directed by Peter Sollett. The story revolves around Norah Silverberg, who is tired of being treated as a doormat by her catty friend Tris. Having broken up from her ex-boyfriend-with-benefits Tal, Norah has a chance encounter with Nick (Michael Cera), during which she asks him to accompany her to a concert, pretending to be her boyfriend. As luck would have it, Nick turns out to be the ex-boyfriend of Tris who has dumped him recently. Though the two have nothing in common, they spend an entire sleepless night combing the streets of Manhattan in a hope of healing their broken hearts and contemplating a romantic relationship.
