Plot : Monogamy is the story of Nat and Theo, a couple from Brooklyn, who are engaged and living together. With marriage looming large on the horizon, Theo goes through anxious moments. To add to his woes is the constant work pressure as he is part of a profession, where there are others always breathing down his neck. Having grown tired of clicking photographs of brides and grooms, Theo seeks a break from this kind of work. What he takes upon instead is to click candid shots of his clients as they go about their daily routine and in the process, brings out their unique personality traits. However, this voyeuristic hobby goes a bit too far when Theo encounters a girl who calls herself ‘Subgirl.’ She deliberately engages in sexual encounters in public for Theo. So what started as an interesting project for him turns into a dangerous obsession. As a result, Theo begins to lose interest in Nat, thereby jeopardizing their relationship.
