Plot : Lorna’s Silence, a drama flick directed by Jean-Pierre Dardenne and Luc Dardenne, is about a woman whose one decision results in a tragic sequence of events she had never thought of. Sokol (Arta Dobroshi) and Lorna (Alban Ukaj), two Albanian emigrants living in Belgium cherish the dream of starting a snack bar for which the lovers need money and citizenship. Fabio (Fabrizio Rongione), a local mobster, assures Lorna to help gain the citizenship if she agrees to a fake marriage with Claudy (Jérémie Renier), a junkie who needs money for his addiction. Soon after becoming a citizen, Lorna learns that a prestigious Russian Mafioso Andrei (Anton Yakovlev) wants to enter Belgium legally and is willing to pay a huge sum to marry Lorna. But for the marriage to take place, Fabio will have to get Claudy killed. As Lorna learns of Fabio's deadly plot, she warns Claudy of the imminent threat to his life. How Fabio will react, on learning about what Lorna has done, remains to be seen?
