Plot : Lara Croft, Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life is a hardcore action movie directed by Jan De Bont. This movie was actually a battle between Lara Croft (Angelina Jolie) and evil hearted Nobel Prize-winner scientist Jonathan Reiss. This tug of war was to get Pandora's Box. It was an object from prehistoric legends that hypothetically encloses the most deadly epidemic on Earth. Lara must find that box before that finicky scientist in order to save the entire planet from getting destroyed. In her attempt, she was accompanied by her ex-lover, Terry Sheridan. In the meanwhile, Terry and Lara again start falling in love with each other, but in time Lara stops herself. Then Lara meets up with Kosa, an African companion. Kosa helps them in translating the details obtained from a local ethnic group. But soon many of the tribesmen were slayed by the scientist. He even captures Lara and intimidates to lead him to the Cradle of Life or he will kill them all. When they reach to the desired place, they come to know that a puddle of extremely acidic black acid holds the box. There arrives Terry and saves them all from Reiss’ catch up.
