Plot : “Killing Kasztner: The Jew Who Dealt with Nazis” is a war documentary and biography directed by Gaylen Ross. The movie centers on a Hungarian Jew, Israel Kasztner who conferred with Nazis to save the lives of 1700 Jews. It happened during the holocaust, when lives of thousands of people were on stake. Via this feature length theoretical movie, Ross has tried to find the hidden truth of Kasztner’s life. He was working on some other project, when he got to know about sacrifices of Kasztner from a Hungarian woman. That woman stated that the credit of saving her life, all goes to Kasztner. Then it is revealed that Kasztner was a Jew, who sacrificed his own self to save innocent people. And not only this, Killing Kasztner: The Jew Who Dealt with Nazis video also signifies that Kasztner also saved other Jews from deadly deaths in hazardous gas chambers. But his efforts didn’t reap out fruits of honor and recognition for him, as in year 1950, he was accused of being a spy and had to fight a fierce battle against all those, who condemned him. At last, he was killed in 1957.
