Plot : Just Wright is a romantic comedy starring Queen Latifah as Leslie Wright, who is desperately trying to shrug off the tag of being ‘friend’ material. A chance invitation to the birthday of leading basketball player, Scott McKnight gives her a ray of hope. However at the party, it is Morgan, her friend, who gets all the attention from McKnight. Morgan’s main aim in life is to become a trophy wife and with Scott lavishing her with attention, she seems to be well on her way for the same! Leslie, even though herself in love with the star player, is again relegated to being just a friend, especially as McKnight and Morgan get engaged. An injury that McKnight faces, threatens to bring down the curtains on his career. This leads him back to Leslie, as she is physical therapist who could probably help in this time of crisis. Now is her one chance to get the man that she has loved! Their association makes McKnight also realize what he actually wants from his relationship, turning this into a beautiful Cinderella-story. With stars like Latifah, Common, Paula Patton and Phylicia Rashad, this movie is sure to keep you entertained and in splits, because the laughter and the giggles will not stop till the very end!
