Plot : JCVD is a crime based French comedy drama directed by Mabrouk El Mechri. Jean-Claude Van Damme, the aging action star returns to Belgium after facing tax problems and losing the custody battle for his daughter to his wife. The now broke star, who has returned to his birth place in search of some peace, runs into more bad luck when his encounter with a disastrous ATM leads him straight into a bank where a robbery is under progress. The situation worsens further, when he realizes that the entire blame for the robbery is about to land on his shoulders. With the cops losing no time in pointing a finger at the star, the crowds outside the bank swell in numbers as the fans cheer for the release of their hero.
