Plot : Love has a peculiar nature of coming and leaving, all in a jiffy. Jack Goes Boating is the story of a man named Jack, who is aging, but is still single. To fix things for Jack, his best friend Clyde and his wife, Lucy, set him up for a meeting with Connie. Both sit together and get to know each other. As time passes, both discover that they have a lot of things to share, as both are diffident, and have kept to themselves for most of their lives. While one relationship is flourishing, the other one meets road bumps. Lucy and Clyde are going through a rough patch, as Clyde finds it difficult to handle the ghosts of the earlier period. While all this unfolds, Clyde would walk the extra mile to make things click between his friend and Connie, as he prepares Jack for fulfilling a wish that is close to Connie’s heart. Many aspects in the movie like Jack’s love for Jamaican melody, and love for drugs, give it a fresh feel. Relationships would take turn, as Jack and Clyde are busy in the pool to make the perfect rendezvous possible.
