Plot : Donnie Yen starrer Ip Man 2: Legend of the Grandmaster is a martial arts movie that traces the life of Ip Man, the kung fu grandmaster. The film opens in Hong Kong in early 1950s where Ip Man and his family take refuge. In order to earn his livelihood, the protagonist decides to establish an academy for teaching martial arts. But in the meantime, a rogue batch of Hong Kong-based martial arts masters come in his way with a challenge, that unless the Ip Man proves his mettle, he won’t be allowed to teach. As a matter of fact, the lethal martial arts fighter confronts the corrupt gang led by Hung Chun-nam. Ultimately, he compels all foes to respect his integrity and skills.
