Plot : The House Of The Devil is a horror flick about a terrifying experience of a regular coed girl named Samantha (Jocelin Donahue). Samantha is sweet natured girl unlike her best friend Megan who is bold and loud. She has just moved in her new apartment and is desperately looking for a job to make some money. Her wish comes true when Mr. Ulman arrives on their campus looking for a baby sitter. Samantha readily grabs the opportunity. She convinces Megan to accompany her to the creepy Victorian mansion situated deep in the woods. Megan reluctantly leaves her there though she had sensed something unusual.On reaching the house Samantha locates that they don’t even have a baby. The man asks her to take care of his elderly mother-in-law while he and his wife are out to celebrate the full lunar eclipse. He also offers her more money when she appeared to be refusing. As the night falls she realizes that she had been made a part of their evil plans. She was to be used in a satanic ritual. She puts herself in vulnerable situations that involve her in a bloody fight for her life.
