Plot : ‘Gigante’ is a foreign romantic comedy directed by Adrian Biniez. The Gigante trailers indicate that it is a tale of fixation and surveillance. The flick follows the story of a shy supermarket security guard, Jara. When the sun falls down, Jara kicks the tires to keep a watch on the security camera monitors at Suburban Montevideo supermarket. Julia is a cleaning girl and scrubs the ingress during graveyard shift. She is unaware of Jara’s crush on her. But then under some circumstances he realizes that he should either give up his obsession for Julia or should find the guts to speak to her about his love.
