Plot : Frost/Nixon is historical drama film directed by Ron Howard that tells about the post-Watergate television interviews between British talk-show host David Frost and former president Richard Nixon. Three years after Richard Nixon (Frank Langella) lost his presidency due to Watergate conspiracy, he gives a series of interviews to British TV personality David Frost (Michael Sheen). The former president chose David as he thought that it would be easy to outfox the breezy British showman and thus win back the hearts of his electorate. Even David’s own team was doubtful about their boss’s ability to stand up to the former president. However, to everyone’s surprise the interviews turned out to be unexpectedly candid and revealing with Nixon tacitly admitting his guilt regarding his role in the Watergate scandal, before the public, in the final interview of the series.
