Plot : Fifty Dead Men Walking is an action thriller directed by Kari Skogland and is based on the stunning real life story of Martin McGartland a British undercover agent the British undercover agent who became successful in breaking into the IRA. In the late 1980’s a 22-year-old young guy from west Belfast, Martin McGartland was enrolled by the British police to penetrate the IRA and report back any information he gathered. The duty that he supposed to perform has put his life at risk as if his true identity becomes known to IRA, he is sure to face death or even worse consequences. However, realizing the number of lives, he can save with the information he gains, Martin ignores the risk to his own life and makes his way into the ranks of IRA as a volunteer. However, the initial thrill of saving numerous lives soon fades away when Martin’s true identity is exposed and he tries to run away. And even twenty years later, Martin is still running.
