Plot : Exit Through the Gift Shop is a documentary, which deals with street artists. The film tells the true story of a French shop keeper in Los Angeles, called Thierry Guetta, who tries to film the street art and its creators. Banksy is one of street artists, who keeps his anonymity for a long time to avoid prosecution. Due to this, Banksy rejects any proposal to capture him and his work on camera. The interesting thing is that while Banksy becomes a filmmaker, Guetta chooses to become and artist. There some exclusive footage of street artists at work. The documentary also contains the interviews of some of the street artists like Banksy, Shepard Fairey, Invader and others. While describing the documentary, Banksy says, “It's basically the story of how one man sets out to film the un-filmable.” Rhys Ifans narrated the documentary, while Geoff Barrow provided the music. The film has received overwhelming response from all parts of the world for its authenticity. The 87-minute documentary is jointly produced by Holly Cushing, Jaimie D'Cruz and James Gay-Rees.
