Plot : The action movie District 13: Ultimatum is directed by Patrick Alessandrin. The storyline of the movie moves around an audacious Captain, Damien Tomaso, who accomplished his mission against drug lords successfully. After this, he is caught at home with three kg heroine that was planted by the police and he is taken into custody.
