Plot : Crips and Blood : Made in America, is a documentary film directed by Stacy Peralta and narrated by Forest Whitaker, about one of the longest-running civil wars in American history. The director approaches the years old rivalry between the two of South Los Angeles' most notorious African-American gangs, The Crips and Bloods with a deeply humanistic view. The film has tried to explore the struggle that has ravaged real people with real families from both the gangs making the decades-long cycle of despair and destruction a part of their everyday life and the only escape from this vicious cycle comes in the form of death.
