Plot : “City Island” is a side-splitting comedy directed by Raymond De Felitta. This hilarious and touching tale is all centered around a family, who keep on hiding some past secrets from each other. Neither they want to reveal the past truth, nor do they believe in speaking truth for the present moment. Their cozy co-existence and harmony of their relationships lies at the stake of chaos and revelations of manipulated truth. City Island video is mainly focused on a correctional officer, Vince. He aspires to be an actor but he didn’t possess the courage to reveal his utmost desire to his family persons. The brain-storming part is that even his wife believes that her hubby is having an extra-marital affair, in the name of weekly poker-games. But still Vince never figures out the truth that he is actually taking acting classes instead. This single lie of his life sparks the happening of complete chain of unpleasing events in his life. After he bring down his son to his family, he realizes that he’s not the only one who’s hiding some secret, while others are also doing the same. So, this flick is a prefect realm of humor and deception.
