Plot : ‘Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam’ is the second one to be released after Camp Rock. The cast and characters are same, except that the former was directed by Matthew Diamond and the latter by Paul Hoen. Just like Camp Rock, Camp Rock 2 is a story of a girl named Mitchie Torres (Demi Lovato), who aspires to be a singer and soon is able to join Camp Rock, with the help of her mother who joins the catering group. She soon makes friends with the Camp rock members like Shane Gray (Joe Jonas), amongst others. Camp Rock 2 talks about Mitchie’s love interest for Shane, when Camp Rock is re-united and both of them decide to spend some time together. Mitchie had for long adored Shane but was hesitant to confess her love because she wasn’t as wealthy as him. Brace yourself up to see, how the rival camp, Camp Star invites Camp Rock’s members for a friendly bonfire. Camp Star’s musical performance, headed by Luke Williams (Matthew "Mdot" Finley), impressed quite many heads and soon, Camp Rock prima donna Tess Tyler (Meaghan Jette Martin), shakes hands with Camp star. Meanwhile, Camp Star’s owner Axel Turner (Daniel Kash) is busy coaxing the others to join Camp Star and promises to double their incomes which turned out to be a hit idea for many. Tess is seen as partnering Luke in all on screen performances, and fight for spotlight backstage. An intimate kiss is shared between Shane and Mitchie and soon after, as the story continues, Camp Star’s members who are ex-Camp Rock members understand that it was more fun being a part of Camp Rock and rejoin the group, back again.
