Plot : Ball Don’t Lie is a drama directed by Brin Hill about a talented though extremely disturbed high school basketball star. Sticky (Grayson Boucher) is a skinny high school junior, who becomes a king as soon as he steps into a basketball court. However outside the court, this talented athlete has his own battles to fight which not only hinder him from showing his true potential but also turn his life upside down. But, then one day while practicing, Sticky suddenly realizes that like him there are others, who also have to struggle with their difficult past and achieve success. He then plans to meet his girlfriend Anh-thu (Kim Hidalgo), that night to celebrate her birthday. However, his plans of buying her an impressive present, hits a roadblock as he has only a few dollars in his name. This inspires Sticky to struggle for overcoming his lifelong sentiment of loneliness, surpass his supposed limitations, and make a difficult choice that might change his life forever.
