Plot : Wealthy tycoon Peter Murdoch is suffering from a terminal illness and needs Blood Orchid to treat the disease. He secretly finances Wexel Hall Pharmaceuticals lab to develop the cure. A team of scientists headed by brilliant research scientist Amanda conducts experiments on a pair of gigantic snakes. But somehow the pair of enormous anacondas escape and to satiate their hunger and anger they consume many locals. Ruthless mercenary hunter Hammett appears on the scene and he is determined to kill them so that they get listed among the endangered species. The female anaconda among the pair is pregnant and is growing at a lightning speed. It has shed its skin and it has become all the more difficult to track it. The impending danger of the pregnant snake giving birth to a whole breed of slithering snakes makes the situation even more complicated. Amanda has to team up with the disagreeable Hammett and stop the snakes before they engulf the entire city and create a whole new breed of anacondas.
