Plot : Directed by Nick Moore, Wild Child is a romantic drama about a rebellious Malibu princess, whose father sends her to a strict English boarding school. Poppy (Emma Roberts), a sixteen year old pampered child from L.A, is a self-obsessed, incorrigible brat with a spoiled attitude and everything she can buy with her unlimited credit cards. However an exaggerated prank, results in her frustrated father (Aidan Quinn), shipping her off to a boarding school in England. On arriving in the school, Poppy learns that she has finally met her match in the form of her stern headmistress (Natasha Richardson) as well as her classmates, who won’t tolerate her unruly behavior. As Poppy starts working on the plan to get herself expelled from the school with the help of few other girls, she quite unexpectedly falls in love with Freddie, the headmistress’ son. Just when she is about to admit that she is happy and ready to continue, the things start going haywire. Who is there who wants Poppy out of the way?
