Plot : Wesley Gibson (James McAvoy) has the most boring life - he is going nowhere in his job, because his overbearing boss will not let him succeed, and his love life in down in the dumps, because his girlfriend is cheating on him, with his friend. He takes anti-depressants to control his panic attacks. To top it all, he is acutely aware of his failed life and wonders if his father left him, when he was barely a week old, because he saw his failed life in his eyes. One day, at a pharmacy, he is accosted by the sexiest killer ever, Fox (Angelina Jolie), who tells him that his father was an assassin, belonging to an elite group of murderers, called the Fraternity. The group targets people who they foresee as future criminals and take them out to save the thousands, that they would have harmed if alive. Wes is given a choice to join the Fraternity in place of his father or go back to his miserable life. As he goes back to work the next day, still trying to make up his mind, he is pushed beyond his limits by his bitchy boss and eventually cracks. He joins the bizarre group of assassins and regrets his decision almost immediately. But there is no turning back for him now! He meets the enigmatic leader, Sloan (Morgan Freeman), who tests him and then starts his training, that includes bending bullets and running on top of trains.
