Plot :  Up is an animated comedy full of action and adventure directed by Pete Docter and Bob Peterson, about an unusual trip taken by a 78 year old man and his 8 year old stowaway companion. Carl Fredricksen, a 78 year old balloon salesman, is forced to go to a retirement home after he accidentally hits a construction worker. However, before the guys can take him, he ties numerous balloons to his home and flies away to fulfill his lifelong dream of traveling to a Land in South America. However, Carl soon realizes that his biggest nightmare is accompanying him on this journey. The nightmare turns out to be Russell, an 8-year-old boy who is a Wilderness Explorer and too over confident. When the house finally lands, the two travelers find themselves in the wilderness and set out on an adventurous journey where they meet talking dogs, an evil villain and a rare bird named Kevin, besides predators that are more ferocious than they could ever have imagined.
