Plot :
Animation is seen to the best of its feat in this comedy-adventure film, UP. As per the storyline, it unfurls young Carl, who is sad for learning that his favorite explorer Charles has been accused of fabricating the skeleton of a giant bird that he discovered on Paradise Fall. In order to protect himself, he promises the town authorities to bring a live one. In his hunt for the bird, he befriends with a tomboy girl called Ellie. Eventually, they both get married and get old while working as toy balloon vendor and zookeeper respectively. Carl keeps on saving a part of his earnings for a trip to Paradise Falls with his wife. But, Ellie becomes sick and dies away. To keep his promise with Ellie, he turns his house into an airship with the help of tons of helium balloons. In the meantime, the movie depicts a young wilderness explorer Russell, who becomes an accidental passenger. On the other note, the house lands near Paradise Falls after surviving a thunderstorm. From there on, Carl & Russell encounter a group of dogs and are taken to the boss of the gang, who is named as elderly Charles. He tries to light fire beneath Carl’s house, but it proves as an unsuccessful attempt of destroying the house. Then, Russell as well as his friend Kevin, who is the same giant bird that Carl discovered earlier, is captured by Charles. But Carl rescues them both. After that, the house again goes off only to land on the cliff beside Paradise Falls. In the due course, Carl presents Ellie’s cap to Russell as a badge for Explorer’s Ceremony. Then, they both have ice cream in the same way as Russell’s father used to have it with him.
