Plot : Tulpan is a romantic comedy drama about a young man Asa who just after completing his naval service returns to Kazakh, to live with his sister and her husband. Asa intends to get married and start a new life as a shepherd. His search for a bride ends on Tulpan, the unmarried daughter of a fellow shepherd. However, Tulpan rejects Asa, as she does not like his big ears. This breaks Asa’s heart but makes him even more determined to win the heart of the mysterious Tulpan. Whether he fails or succeeds in his efforts remains to be seen.
