Plot : Tokyo! is a combination of three short stories all of which take place in Japan's multifaceted capital city. The story “Interior Design” directed by Michel Gondry is about a young filmmaker Akira and his girlfriend Hiroko, who wakes up one day to find that parts of her bones are turning into wood. Another story "Merde", directed by Leos Carax is about a monster-man who rises from the sewers to wreck havoc on the city and after getting arrested finds himself being defended by a mysterious French lawyer speaking his language. The third story "Shaking Tokyo" directed by Bong Joon-Ho, tells the story of a lonesome man leading the life of a hermit falling in love with a pizza delivery girl who collapses in his doorway during an earthquake.
