Plot : The Sublet is the story of three strangers who are thrown together by even stranger events. Walter (Roger Hendricks Simon) is an elderly and lonely man living a quiet life in a modest apartment, until one day he gets a wrong number inquiring about a sublet which inspires him to place a fake ad in a local paper about a sublet. Meanwhile, a young girl named Maggie (Tiffany Lee) arranges for the down payment on an apartment while elsewhere a hit man (Ross Pivec) gets information about his next job. Fun begins as Walter’s ad appears in the paper and Maggie and the hit man are at Walter’s doorsteps along with numerous other expectant tenants.
