Plot : Set in the feudalistic era around the moment that defined the course of European history, The Other Boleyn Girl, is based on the novel by Philippa Gregory. The story revolves around the two beautiful and ambitious Boleyn sisters named Anne (Natalie Portman) and Mary (Scarlett Johansson). The two sisters are turned into rivals when they are pressurized by their father and uncle who are driven by personal ambitions, to compete with each other to rule the bed and heart of the handsome and passionate King Henry VIII (Eric Bana). Although both the sisters manage to woo the king to bed, but only one of them moves ahead to win the throne and rule the kingdom for a brief and turbulent period.
