Plot : ‘Surf’s Up’ is an animated action film directed by Ash Brannon, Chris Buck. This mockumentary is based on an inventive exposure - that surfing was actually invented by penguins. The movie follows a rock hopper penguin, named Cody Maverick from Shiverpool, Antarctica. Being popular as a surfing fool at the ‘Big Z Memorial Surf Off’ on Pen Gu Island, his determination to win the competition in honor of ‘Big Z’ (whom he has idolized since childhood) is very strong. This alerts the current champ, the arrogant Tank Evans, who does not want to let this little penguin to beat him without a fight. Cody comes across Geek, the ascetic former surfer, while living in the jungle and gains a lot more about life and surfing. Surf’s Up video takes the audience behind the scenes of the dangerous and breathtaking display of surfing!
