Tom’s wife has expired, and it is the most difficult thing for him to forget his loving wife. He is very disappointed with the death of his wife. Once he receives a call that his fellow, Detective Terrance Washington has been killed in street violence. Now, to get justice to his partner is the sole purpose of Tom’s life. Captain Walker is well aware of the fact that Tom is too serous about this case and he is going against the law. So, he advises Tom not to go against the law.
