Plot : Rudo y Cursi is a sports comedy drama that tell the story of two siblings who are also professional soccer-players and share a love/hate relationship. Created as a parody of perceptions of life and values as seen by the modern Mexico's Narco-society, the movie details the lives of two brothers from a rural lower class Mexican family. Beto (Diego Luna) and Tato (Gael García Bernal), are not only siblings coming from a banana town on the coast of Mexico, but share a love for a common profession as they both play professional soccer. The two brothers are constantly fighting each other in a bid to outperform each other on the field. But as they rival each other professionally, their brotherly love comes across in their personal relationship.
