Plot : Directed by Diane Cheklich, Offshore is a drama flick which is a demonstrative take on an international business movement. Derek Abernathy (Marty Bufalini), the CEO of Fairfax Furniture tries to save his job by giving permission for outsourcing the company's call center to the Indian establishment Voxx. This leaves the Indian businessman Devendra Tiwari (Satish Shah) and his son Ajay (Siddharth Makkar) with only two months get the company going. So they send Nikhil (Neil Bhoopalam), Anjali (Ratnabali Bhattacharjee), and Reva (Malaika Shenoy) to Detroit to train them not gain knowledge about the company’s products but also about how to run a call center efficiently. However, the present call centre employees are reluctant to train their replacements. Carol (Deb Tunis), the call center manager, being principally annoyed, sabotages their training, banishes them from the office, and rakes in a local television reporter to support her cause. The three trainees find themselves on the verge of emotional breakdown while Abernathy's decision to outsource might bring down the whole company.
