Plot : Munyurangabo, a drama flick directed by Lee Isaac Chung, is the story of an orphan of the Rwandan genocide, who travels to the countryside in search of justice. Adolescent Munyurangabo and his friend Sangwa, while roaming a local Rwanda marketplace in Kigali, exchange a machete from a dealer and set out on a journey together. Both the friends are troubled by the ghosts of the past happening. While Munyurangabo is in search of quick justice, after having lost both his parents in the Rwandan genocide, Sangwa yearns to go back to his home that he had left many years ago. The two boys travel to Sangwa's home and stay there for some days before the gross reality strikes with terrible force. The two friends are forced to face the fact of their racial and tribal differences. With one boy being a Hutu and the other being a Tutsi, Sangwa is reminded by his parents that the members of the two clans are not allowed to become friends.
