Plot : Monsters, Inc. is an animated adventure movie directed by Pete Docter. In Monstropolis, Monsters, Inc. was the authority function. That city was populated by monsters. The company had activated teleportation doors. Through these doors, they send "scarers" to human children's bedrooms. Scarers were also monsters, but they were in employment to scare around human children. The scarers scare children to scream and then their screams were stored for use in power production for the monster world. But as children were getting desensitized by the mass media, there gets a crisis of power in the monster world. Then one day, James P. Sullivan (a scarer) comes to know of a door on the scarer floor, when he enters the door, he finds an vacant room, but when comes back, he discovers that a girl has came after him all the way through the door. He had to keep her with him and afterwards he discovers that it is not harmful to get touched by a human child and also learns that when she laughs, the energy level raises. Ultimately it was shown that James becomes the head of the company and then instead of scaring children, scarers started making them laugh and everything ends happily.
