Plot : Mancora is a coming of age drama directed by Ricardo de Montreuil about a kid becoming a man and learning to forgive the world. The story revolves around Santiago (Jason Day), a 22-year old boy who does not want to spend another brutal winter in Lima, especially since he has just lost his father, and plans to move to the beautiful beach of Mancora. However, just as he is about to leave, he gets the unanticipated company of his stepsister Ximena (Elsa Pataky) and her arrogant husband Inigo (Enrique Murciano), who invite themselves along for the trip. Their journey to Mancora becomes a journey inwards searching for their true selves where the group confronts their dreams and daemons as jealousies spark and the trio cross the limits and borders they should never have crossed.
