Plot : Directed by Paul Morrison, Little Ashes chronicles the life and loves of artist Salvador Dalí, filmmaker Luis Buñuel and writer Federico García Lorca. When 18 year old Salvador joins college, aspiring to be a great artist, his bizarre blend of shyness and rampant exhibitionism, bring him into the notice of two of the socially most important people in college - Federico Garcia Lorca and Luis Bunel. The trio strikes a great friendship, until Salvador feels a strong attraction for Federico, who is himself, unaware of the interest being shown in him by his beautiful writer friend Margarita. Sensing the preoccupation of his friends Luis leaves for Paris while Salvador and Federico come close to each other when they spend a holiday together in a sea-side town of Cadaques. Until one night in phosphorescent water their enigmatic friendship takes an unexpected turn.
